How to manage field sales territories on a map
2026-07-15
Territory ops means the whole team sees what is left in the area today. SalesConquest pins accounts on a map and updates Unvisited, Starred, Visited, Conquered, and Denied in real time. Kakao Maps in Korea; Google Maps elsewhere.
Sets = territories or campaigns
Create personal sets per area, then share with editors/viewers. Colors keep territories distinct on the map.
Draw zones on the map to auto-assign
In a shared set, the team leader can draw a zone (polygon) directly on the map and assign it to a rep. Accounts inside the zone are tagged to that rep the moment it is saved, and any account added later inside the same zone is auto-assigned too. Each rep's zone shows as a translucent color with a "name · account count" label, so ownership is visible at a glance. (Kakao Maps only)
Five status values
Unvisited → Starred → Visited → Conquered / Denied. Schedules are separate when you assign a visit date.
For managers
Org reports, set reports, and weekly digests surface unvisited hotspots and conquest rate—without spreadsheet rollups.
